Katrina Blackmon

Katrina Blackmon is a native of Palm Beach County, with over twenty-five years’ experience working in local, regional, and national advertising media. 

Katrina’s knowledge of advertising was cultivated during the years she worked for one of the top MSOs in the country. Katrina strategically created media buys for local business owners on top Cable Networks like: CNN, ESPN, USA, TNT, BET, and many others. Katrina’s experience continued to flourish in Print and Social Media advertising while she was with the illustrious Newspaper the Palm Beach Daily News, in Palm Beach, Florida. 

Katrina has a superb record in developing relationships, managing administrative and operational processes and procedures within an active, fast-paced, deadline driven organization, as well as understanding the needs of local business owners and organizations, while guiding them in effective marketing and communications campaigns. 

Katrina is a dedicated servant to her faith, family, friends, and the vibrant multicultural community she calls home. She recently served two years as the Development Marketing Manager for a local Health Center in West Palm Beach. She currently serves as a member of the BeWellPBC Stewardship Council, Community Connectors Team, Community Solutions Design Team, and as a member of the Healthier Neighbors Steering Committee, where she served as Co-Chair for two years. Katrina has a deep commitment for the residents of Palm Beach County and volunteers her time with several other organizations and initiatives. 

Katrina founded Unity3 Palm Beach to continue her passion of working with sole proprietor owners, small to medium-sized businesses, and nonprofits as they create the narrative to their individual stories and reach their unique target audience/customers. 

Katrina earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management/Concentration – Organizational Behavior from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
